Golf Tees
While out buying golf tees, You may not even cross your mind about choosing a specific golf tee type to improve your game. Does one tee yield better results and another? You bet.
With the huge faced 460cc drivers out today, choosing the right tee could be the difference between a nice solid hit or a weak shank. You'll want to buy golf tees according to the size of your driver. If your driver is one of those 460cc monsters, I'd say go buy long tees. If the head of your driver isn't that large, buy somewhat smaller golf tees.
If you're using a 460cc driver, but the golf tees you're using are too small, you'll end up shooting horrible shots and most likely wont realize the problem is actually the golf tee not your swing.
For me on tee off, while the balls already on the golf tee, I like to have the top of the golf ball just slightly above the top of my driver as it's resting on the ground.
Try out a few different types of golf tees and see what you like best.
